Our Head Chef, Mark Bettiol sources the best Italian and local produce to create our signature dishes. While Head Pizza Chef, Franki DiMattina is so serious about his craft he had Australia’s first stone conveyer oven shipped over from Italy to ensure our delicious thin crust pizzas are cooked to perfection every time.

We held our engagement at Il Gambero last night and couldn't have chosen a better spot. The staff including Anthony, Lance and particularly AJ were helpful from the word 'go' and super nice and helpful throughout all our planning -- even despite our many questions! -- and catered to all our requests. Great food and great atmosphere - we wouldn't hesitate to hold another function here 🙂 Thanks so much again Natalie and James
